Garlic Seared Scallops with Sauteed Spinach & Riced Potatoes {Whole30}

Serve these delicious morsels with sauteed spinach & riced potatoes for a 5-star meal!

Garlic Seared Scallops

Servings 4


  • 12 large scallops
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 t minced garlic


  1. Wash scallops and pat dry
  2. Heat oil in a medium-size pan over high heat
  3. On one side, sear scallops for a few minutes
  4. Turn when a crust has formed on the bottom and cook for another two minutes (DO NOT OVERCOOK!)
  5. Serve immediately
