This recipe is one my grandmother always made growing up…who knew it was Whole30 approved!?!
- 4 large Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled, cubed
Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add potatoes, reduce heat to a simmer, 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
Using a potato ricer, press potatoes into a large bowl.
