Garlic Seared Scallops

Ingredients
- 12 large scallops
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t minced garlic
Instructions

Wash scallops and pat dry

Heat oil in a medium-size pan over high heat

On one side, sear scallops for a few minutes

Turn when a crust has formed on the bottom and cook for another two minutes (DO NOT OVERCOOK!)
