Whole30 Autumn Bake (Sweet Potato, Apple, Cranberry) {Paleo} {Gluten-free}

This has become a staple side dish in our house!  It’s a great dish morning, noon, or night!  Enjoy! XOXO

Whole30 Autumn Bake

Servings 6


  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 large sweet potato peeled, chopped
  • 3 small gala apples cored, chopped
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 c whole cranberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. 

  2. In a 9x13 glass baking dish, spread coconut oil over the bottom and sides.

  3. Toss sweet potatoes and apples in the dish. Top with cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing at 15 minute intervals to ensure the bake does not stick to the bottom of the dish. 

  4. Add cranberries and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes, until cooked through. Serve hot.
