Turkey Avocado Wraps {Whole30} {Paleo}

I am so proud to say this recipe was featured by Greatist.com “What to eat before a workout: 50 Pre- and Post-Workout Snacks”!  The post wrote it up saying, “A wrap may sound like a meal, but this mini version is the perfect size for a pre-workout bite. The gluten-free “wrap” is actually just turkey wrapped around some avocado with shredded carrot for added crunch. It’s the perfect use-what-you-already-have-in-your-fridge kind of snack.”  🙂

Turkey Avocado Wraps

Servings 1


  • 4 oz thickly sliced deli turkey ~8 slices
  • 1 small avocado sliced
  • 1 carrot shredded


  1. Lay each slice of turkey out flat 2 at a time (I recommend using 2 slices per wrap)
  2. Put 1/4 of ingredients on each slice
  3. Slowly roll, careful not to break slices
  4. Pin with a toothpick
  5. Eat immediately
