Tuna Cucumber Cups {Whole30} {Paleo}

I love this alternative to lettuce wraps for a Whole30-style sandwich!

Tuna Cucumber Cups

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 package of tuna
  • 1 T paleo mayo I like Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
  • 1 T organic pickle relish
  • 1/2 large cucumber

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayo, and relish.
  2. Cut cucumber into 4 large slices. Scoop out the middle of each cucumber, as pictured below.
  3. Scoop tuna evenly into each cucumber cup
