The post wrote it up saying, “A wrap may sound like a meal, but this mini version is the perfect size for a pre-workout bite. The gluten-free “wrap” is actually just turkey wrapped around some avocado with shredded carrot for added crunch. It’s the perfect use-what-you-already-have-in-your-fridge kind of snack.” 🙂
Turkey Avocado Wraps
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 4 oz thickly sliced deli turkey ~8 slices
- 1 small avocado sliced
- 1 carrot shredded
Instructions

Lay each slice of turkey out flat 2 at a time (I recommend using 2 slices per wrap)

Put 1/4 of ingredients on each slice

Slowly roll, careful not to break slices

Pin with a toothpick

Eat immediately
