Chicken salad has become one of my go-to lunches while on Whole30. This version will not disappoint!
Tarragon Chicken Salad
- 1/3 lb shredded chicken
- 1/4 c celery diced
- 1/2 c red grapes
- 1/2 green apple small, diced
- 1/8 c paleo mayo (I use Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo)
- 1/4 t tarragon
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Enjoy! (Can't get much more simple than that!)
