Sauteed Spinach and Mushroom Turkey Burger
- 2 turkey burger patties I recommend dark meat for increased flavor
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 large white mushrooms sliced
- 3 c baby spinach leaves
Grill burger patties over medium-high flame.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and mushrooms until browned. Add spinach to the skillet and cover. Allow spinach to wilt (~3-5 minutes).
Place burgers on individual plates and top with spinach & mushrooms. Enjoy immediately!
