I’ve probably made this recipe at least 50 or 60 times. It’s SO easy and everyone in our family just LOVES it!
Dijon Garlic Salmon
- 2 6 oz salmon filets
- 1/8 c olive oil
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 t parlsey
Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
Line baking pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Place salmon filets on pan, skin side down.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining salmon ingredients and brush over top of salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
