Perfectly Simple Pork Ribs {Whole30} {Paleo}

These ribs take about 5 minutes to prepare and simmer to perfection in the oven with minimal clean-up.  Does it get better than that!?!

Perfectly Simple Pork Ribs

  • 1.5 lbs bone-in pork ribs
  • 1 T salt
  • 1/2 T paprika
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1 t olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 250F degrees

  2. In a small bowl, mix all spices together
  3. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with foil and lightly grease with oil
  4. On all sides of ribs, lightly rub spices and set on sheet, bone-side down

  5. Bake for 3 hours, then broil for 5-10 minutes
