These make a great lunch or appetizer!
Bacon Guacamole Deviled Eggs
Servings 8 deviled eggs
Ingredients
- 4 eggs hard boiled, with shells removed, chilled
- 2 T paleo mayo see my favorite brand linked below!
- 2 T guacamole
- 1 t mustard
- 1 t onion powder
- 2 strips of bacon crumbled
Instructions

Cut each egg in half, length wise. Set whites apart and carefully remove yolks and place in a small bowl.

Add mayo, guacamole, mustard, and onion powder to the bowl with the egg yolks.

Mix ingredients well until smooth

Using an icing bag and tube, fill each egg white cup with even amounts of yolk filling

Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top

Refrigerate until ready to serve
