I love this alternative to lettuce wraps for a Whole30-style sandwich!
Tuna Cucumber Cups
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 package of tuna
- 1 T paleo mayo I like Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
- 1 T organic pickle relish
- 1/2 large cucumber
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayo, and relish.

Cut cucumber into 4 large slices. Scoop out the middle of each cucumber, as pictured below.

Scoop tuna evenly into each cucumber cup
