Dijon Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz salmon filets
  • 1/8 c olive oil
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t parlsey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F degrees.

  2. Line baking pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

  3. Place salmon filets on pan, skin side down.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining salmon ingredients and brush over top of salmon.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
