Spinach Dip is one of my all-time favorite appetizers, but after I accidentally came across the nutrition facts of the restaurant version one time, I was horrified! Try this (slightly) lighter, and still tasty, version!
Spinach Dip (The Lite Version)
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz package spinach, chopped in freezer section
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 2/3 c Green yogurt plain
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/4 c sour cream reduced fat
- tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions

Defrost spinach and squeeze out any excess water, set aside.

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Combine mayo, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a medium size ceramic baking dish (~32 oz size). Stir in chopped spinach.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Top with sour cream and serve with chips.
