Baked Dill Cod

Servings 4


  • ~16 oz fillet of cod
  • 2 t olive oil separated
  • 1/2 T dill
  • 1 t sea salt flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Lightly drizzle 1 t olive oil in a shallow ceramic baking dish. Place fillet in dish. Drizzle with remaining 1 t of olive oil. Sprinkle with dill and salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
