Dijon Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs small red potatoes boiled, quartered
  • 1 c mayo
  • 1/4 c Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 c pickles chopped
  • Parlsey as desired

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve cold.
