Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 5 medium-size white potatoes peeled, diced
  • 2 T garlic minced
  • 1/2 - 1 c chicken broth as desired

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water and potatoes to boil
  2. Continue boiling until potatoes are soft to the touch with a fork (~20-30 minutes)
  3. Drain potatoes
  4. Add garlic and broth to the pot
  5. With a hand mixer, mix until creamy (add chicken broth SLOWLY, to desired consistency)

  6. Serve hot!
