Salmon Salad Ball

Ingredients

  • 3 oz grilled salmon
  • 1 T paleo mayo I like Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
  • 2 T chopped celery
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred salmon in a small bowl.

  2. Add other ingredients and mix well.

  3. Roll salmon into a ball (I used my hands :) )
  4. Enjoy!
