Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef stew meat
  • 2 10.5 oz cans cream of mushroom soup organic
  • 4 1.34 oz packets brown gravy mix low sodium
  • 2 cubes beef bullion
  • 2 c water
  • 1 c onion diced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl of crock pot, mix well

  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring as needed

  3. Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes
